My first review is missing the word NOT. The woman was NOT rude and she was not aggravated that I called her back again. She was very polite and helpful.

I called after hours on Wednesday and the woman was very polite and helpful. I forgot to ask her something so I called right back and the same woman picked up and she was rude or aggravated. She answered my question and recommended someone for my son the next day.
