Made an online appointment 2 hours in advance show up to sports clips appointment board stating I was on deck and saying it was a mistake blew me off we were a long time customer.

This place has went downhill in a hurry - i went in to get neck trip and they charged me full amount of $22 - literally the very bottom of my hair line in the back only……..and the kicker they were rude about it when I questioned it. The manager on duty on Dec 24th told the girl that trimmed to charge me and never even said hello or thank you and was standing with young lady at register. Not only this - there is now a visible line in the back of next line - untrained and very rude of them. Find a barber please - do not go here ……..terrible ownership and leadership.

I would not go there they have a young lady there who has weird obsessions and stalks people on social media with the name Sara also the manager is very unprofessional I will be reporting the business
